Advent

We have never done an advent calendar but this year I wanted to give it a whirl! I came up with a Christmas-related activity for each day but wanted a cute way to display them. I saw SOOOO many super-awesome ideas on Pinterest and Etsy, but they either required sewing(no can do!) or were ridiculously expensive! So, I set out to make a cheap, functional one. Here is our list for each day and my ONE DOLLAR "advent rope". S has had so much fun each day seeing what we will be doing for advent! I have taken advantage of the fact that she can't read yet and tweaked a couple of them to accommodate for schedules, weather and Mommy's sanity:)
