March Randoms

C is doing amazing at school(most days!) and his teacher is
making sure to reinforce with positive feedback!

He even received the character award for his class in March - Individuality!

Blue Ridge High School hosted a players' clinic for the
Blue Ridge Little League kids!

While the boys were in Charleston with school, S and I
enjoyed pedicures!
Both kids had appointments, so I picked them up earlier than needed
and we spent some time at the park before their
appointments!

We braved the crowd at the new Popeyes!  It was a crazy long wait!!

I did my spring flower planting around the house!

Yogurt Mountain after school!

Mmmmm!!!

Studious little babies at the chiropractor!

I enjoyed a beautiful morning walk at Legacy Park!

C had a play date with Maxwell one afternoon!

Crazy girl!

We are loving these nice afternoons outside!

Furman Baseball Game

Blue Ridge Little League were the guests of honor at the Furman baseball game this afternoon!  Our players got to join the Furman team on the field for the National Anthem.  The Furman players also were so sweet and took lots of time to give autographs!  It was a great afternoon of baseball(even though I got sunburned... in March!!)!

Colten and Colton;)

She wouldn't take a picture so I gave her a little tug on
her ponytail! And unbeknownst to us, the little kids behind
us were purposely photo-bombing us!

3rd Grade Charleston Trip

M and C have spent the past two days in Charleston on the 3rd grade field trip!  I dropped them off early yesterday morning.  They arrived in Charleston about lunch time.  They explored the aquarium and the Old Exchange and Provost Dungeon. They stayed the night at the aquarium(not much sleep was happening from what I've been told!) and then today they woke up and enjoyed time exploring Magnolia Plantation.  They were tired when they came home, but C had a the best time ever and I'm so glad that M was willing, and able, to go with him!

Day 1 - Aquarium, Old Exchange and Provost, Night at the Aquarium
Dropping them off!

Day 2 - Magnolia Plantation
Gavin and C are such good buddies!  Sticks are a boys
best friend, too!;)

St. Patrick's Day Parade

S and I went downtown to the St. Patrick's Day Parade!  Before it started, we did a little shopping at Mass General Store and then secured our spots along the street to watch!  It was a much shorter(and much more liberal) parade than the ones we've seen at Christmas, but it was still fun to see and of course the bagpipes made it great!  After it was over we grabbed lunch and then got a rolled ice cream which was almost as big as her face!

Observation Day at Dance

S had her observation day at dance this afternoon and boy is it incredible what she is able to do and how strong she is getting!  She is still working on strengthening her core, but the difference between now and this time last year is amazing!

Clemson Baseball Game

This afternoon we made our way to Clemson to watch the Tigers play some baseball!  We needed lunch and the first place we stopped was 1.5 hour wait and we sure didn't have that kind of time!  As we thought about it, the cafeteria on campus would fill us all up.  After a little research, we realized that they now offer a brunch on Sundays and that the public was able to eat there.  M was set!  We all ate a very hearty meal and M and I only felt "slightly" old as we were surrounded by college kids... LOL!!  After filling up, we drove to the baseball fields and enjoyed watching our Tigers win and then the kids got to run the bases afterwards!  A beautiful day in Tiger Town!

Eating a HUGE breakfast at Shilleter - the cafeteria!

The kids' cousin, Carson Spiers, came out to relief pitch while we were there!

C running the bases - orange shirt, black pants almost to second base!

S was originally "too old" to run the bases but when she found out that
Clemson ice cream was at the finish line, she changed her tune;) She is
black shirt and jeans headed to third base!
