Yesterday M was able to get off work a little early and we took him to Runway Cafe for dinner! He has never been before and the kids and I love it so it was perfect! There were tons of planes landing and taking off and it wasn't too hot so we were able to sit outside and enjoy a wonderful night as a family!
Then, after we ate, we had to drop M back off at his shop to get his truck. Well... if you know C-man, if he sees all the trucks and bulldozers then you know we aren't leaving without getting to ride! The kids found Davis' peddle tractor in the shop and took it for a spin and then, finally after putting air in the tires, M took them around in the articulated truck for a ride! A great way to end an already great evening!
This morning we had TWO birthday parties, one at an indoor inflatable place and another at the pool! Both were a great time and we got to visit with wonderful friends! Whew! After that I came home, handed S off to M and slept HARD and fast! Afterwards, I was ready for a night at the tractor pull (S thought we were going to a tractor pool and was wondering why she wasn't wearing her swimsuit - HA!). The kids had a ball, C wanted to sit on every tractor there and S was so enthralled with a little six-year-old boy and refused to leave his side (we are in trouble!).
Tomorrow is another busy day for us so I should get off this computer and get ready for bed! I'm not sure there are enough hours in the day to get everything done:) Goodnight!
