Advents

We are doing 2 advents this year:
1) Jesse Tree Advent(evenings)
2) Christmas activity advent(mornings)

S is totally into both of them, but Little Man does not have the attention span to sit through the Jesse Tree devotions(he is usually jumping off the couch or trying to aggravate S while we are doing it HA!) and he doesn't understand at all the fact that the activity is even happening but just goes with the flow:)  Maybe next year??

Back in October/November a friend organized a Jesse Tree Ornament party which I am so thankful for!  Each person was assigned 1 day's ornament to make and were instructed to make enough for each person participating.  My friend's dad was very sweet and made each person a "tree" and another person printed and bound the devotions for each day!  How wonderful to have this to use each year so that every day we can remember Jesus in the midst of all the craziness that tends to take over during December!

The Christmas activity advent is one that I picked up at Target.  We've been doing one activity every day and will continue until Christmas is here.
