S's soccer season has come to a close:( I have so enjoyed watching her this season!! She has become quite aggressive and has come close on several occasions to making a goal! She has played offense very well, but she is exceptionally strong at defense! Her coach has been amazing this year and has taught her so much about the different positions in soccer, strategies and looking around the field to the "big picture" of what is going on! She has loved it and was sad to see it end! The team had a great last game with a pizza party at the YMCA(it pays to have a coach on the board of directions and a coach's wife who works at the Y) to present the girls with their trophies! 'Til fall!!
