Greenville Drive Baseball Game

The Greenville Library's Summer Reading Program wrapped up tonight at the Greenville Drive game!

The kids' favorite part of going to any Drive game, is the trolley ride(I should really just go downtown, let the kids ride the trolley, get dinner and then leave...LOL!)!  They also love the Summer Reading Program game because they get to walk around the perimeter of the outfield before the game starts!  I won't lie, I like those parts too!!

We arrived just in time to grab the t-shirts(They only have adult sizes which makes NO sense to me!  We got one small and one XL so that at least M and I would be able to use them!) and then walk into the stadium at the end of what we thought was an endless line!!

The kids loved getting to be on the field!!!

By the time we made it around to where we started, C was tired of walking and was carried the last bit!  I think he is going through a growth spurt right now because he is seriously a bottomless pit, asking for more and more and more at meal times and then constantly wanting a snack the rest of the day - and he is overly grumpy!

We got to our seats, made it through half an inning, and were then told by a certain little guy that he was tired of watching baseball!  HAHA!!!  We left after one inning and walked back to the car!  It was such a beautiful night and we really did enjoy the walk!

Next time, skip the game and just enjoy the trolley and downtown:)

In their huge shirts - S got the small and C got the XL!
He was swimming!!!!!

Would have been a great picture if not for C being such
a goodball!
