Her house is always so beautiful and welcoming and we love spending time with them! S and Cousin Will got along like they were best friends, C hung in there with them some and also thoroughly enjoyed Will's Legos while Cousin Madeline was just happy to sit with the adults! We were all so so so impressed with the way the kids behaved! We fed them first (chicken nuggets, strawberries and macaroni and cheese) and then let them play which helped things to work so well! This allowed the parents of the little ones a chance to sit at the table and have an adult conversation which hasn't happened since Will and S were born SIX years ago! Bliss!!
We stayed way later than we normally do and left with happy, full and tired kids!
We are ready for Christmas Day now!
