It was a cool day(not too cold though) so the animals were all far more active than they are during the summer when we've always gone before and there were hardly any crowds at all!! I did have two somewhat whiny kids to contend with making it not the perfect day, but we had a good time nonetheless! We saw all the animals at least once, rode the carousel, played on the playground twice and took a walk/run over the river!
