Swim Lessons

Today was Day 1 of swim lessons! I am so so nervous about the pool this summer with two little ones by myself and thought it would be beneficial if S had some lessons to start learning to swim. I'm under no illusion that she will learn to swim in a short 2 weeks, but hopefully she will learn some things to make her a little more independent in the pool. Our first lesson was interesting! There were 5 kids in her class and 3 of them (including my little girl) went under and had to be "rescued" by either the instructor or the lifeguard! Talk about stressful to watch! Whew!! But, all 3 that went under came up smiling and weren't nearly as phased by it as the mommies watching. Back to the pool tomorrow!:)
