Pumpkins, Pumpkins!

This afternoon after school, the kids and I stopped by Mini Miracles Farm pumpkin patch to pick out their 2017 pumpkins!:)  We usually go to a different place to pick out pumpkins, but time was a factor for us today and I was 100% exhausted from the field trip, so we went with a closer option!  Side note: this was the pumpkin patch I took S to when she was just a few weeks old!!

The kids are always very tedious in their pumpkin selection, but this year was a bit different:)  They were so intrigued by the animals that they were feeding and all the other little things around the arm to check out, that they didn't spend a whole lot of time finding just the right pumpkin - C in particular!  After some playing, though, they chose their pumpkins and actually each got two.  A larger one to carve at a later date and a smaller one to keep in their rooms.  They both came away with lovely choices that they were very proud of!

C was actually really excited to play on all the props, which
is somewhat unusual for him!
