Christmas in Atlanta

We've been in Atlanta this weekend visiting with Gigi and Grandpa, spending time with cousins, taking in a puppet show and attending church!

We arrived at Gigi and Grandpa's house Friday evening! We got things unloaded, and then headed over to see Shannon, Bo and Robin and do the Christmas train through their neighborhood!  It was amazing how much time this man had put into the display and train!

Saturday, we had a lazy morning and then headed downtown to the Center for Puppetry Arts and saw Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer.  It was very well done!  Afterwards, we tried to go to Lenox to ride the Pink Pig and eat at The Cheesecake Factory, but once we got into the Buckhead area, it took us an hour to go about 3 blocks and then there was not even any parking available at Lenox.  So, we kept on driving, had a low-key dinner at Zoe's and then went back to Gigi and Grandpa's house where the kids were able to open one gift each - Grandpa insisted!:)

This morning the kids and Gigi made breakfast and set a festive table, then there was church day and then we drove home, making several stops on the way back before finally pulling into our driveway!

This picture cracks me up!

LOTS of BB gun shooting by the boys!

Ready to open their presents!

The table all set this morning!

We somehow inherited this HUGE book of world history
from Grandpa - C has taken a liking to it!

Our last stop on the way home was the grocery store and by
that point our car was at maximum capacity!!
