And just when we thought we were done with swim team, we found out last weekend that S made Championships in both of her relays, and alternate for backstroke(which she didn't get a chance to do, boo!)! Go S!!
We have had practice this week, in the evenings only because of the camps, and a late night last night due to the C&C Pasta Pump Up Dinner at Della Ventura's!
This morning dawned early and the kids were moving rather slowly, but they rallied! S was pumped for her relays today and BOTH of them got FIRST place with incredible, incredible times! Every one of those girls in both relays gave 120% and it showed! The medley relay(S swam backstroke) took off 6 seconds from their Divisionals time with a 1:38.58 and the free relay took off 7 seconds with a time of 1:25.__!!

It was honestly so super exciting to watch and I was a nervous bundle of mommy-nerves the entire time! She earned two first place Championships t-shirts which is pretty cool! It was a great experience our first year at this meet!
