I dropped S and her friends off at their retreat at Bonclarken in Flat Rock, NC and then spent the morning and afternoon exploring! I went to Jump Off Rock nearby and hiked around, ate lunch back in downtown Flat Rock at Honey and Salt and then made one final stop at DuPont State Forest and hiked to Triple Falls and High Falls! The mountains had been calling me for weeks and they did not disappoint!! It was much needed therapy:)
