We had our first home swim meet and it sure was fun! It was against Sugar Creek, the other team that is in the same subdivision as our team so most of the kids had great friends and new most of the kids on the other team! That made it fun to watch! Both of the kids swam great!
C's events:
short free - improved his time to 20.28
IM - swam for the first time this year and improved his time from last year to 2:03.71(last year he swam 2:17.31)
backstroke - This event has floored us all! He improved his time again to 26.65! Last year he looked more like he was drowning than swimming doing backstroke!
S's events:
IM - swam for the first time this year and improved her time from last year to 1:51.30(last year she swam 2:03.30)
breastroke - did not improve on this one(she has been dancing for several hours every morning and then doing swim practice every night, so we didn't expect too much this meet, just glad she made it though..ha!)
backstroke - did not improve on this one either
