Earlier this week I asked M what he wanted to do for Fathers' Day and he said go to the lake. So that's what we did! We got a later start than usual because we've just been exhausted lately! We opted to skip Jocassee since we were pretty sure they were already full for a holiday Sunday and instead used a friend's neighborhood's private put in on Keowee ! It was a beautiful day on the lake and as cold as Keowee was, we were glad we'd not gone to Jocassee! The kids swam(it was too cold for me and M!), they tubed and C learned to ski!!!! He got up on his second try and was hooked and wanted to keep going and going but his little legs just got too tired! S was very, very close! I think she will get it this summer!
