Labor Day Weekend Happenings

Other than going to the lake on Saturday, we did't really have any huge plans this weekend!  Which, honestly, was nice:)  We saw some friends, spent time as a family and did the regular weekend get-ready-for-the-week things!

Sunday after church we met up with Mallory for a play date
and to give her her birthday present since S missed her party
because of strep throat!  They always pick up as if they
see each other all the time! Such a great friendship!!

M and C picked up some worms from the bait shop and C
thoroughly enjoyed playing with them before we went
fishing!

Sunday night fishing!  We had a lot of luck catching some!
I caught a huge carp and equally as big catfish, C caught a
brim and M had a big one but it snapped his line!

We went to bed on Sunday night with the most amazing weather
and breeze off the lake and woke to the same feeling!  Ahh!!
Fall is in the air!

Most of Monday was spent at the gym, doing yard work,
running errands and just getting things done before the week
started so it was nice to end the day enjoying time with friends!
