I took S and her friend to Kiawah Island this weekend for her Fall Break!
I had thought it would be a beautiful time of year for the beach! However, Mother Nature had other ideas! It rained the entire time we there and was so cold! BUT... we made the most of it with walks on the beach and around the island, shopping, Downtown Charleston and a stop at Magnolia Plantation on the way home(for whatever reason, the pictures below are in reverse order!)! The girls had one of their friends from Beaufort come up for a night and hung out with her as well!
It didn't go exactly as I'd planned for the trip to go, but it was still a fun getaway!
