Lunch on the Lawn

SCS hosts a Lunch on the Lawn for all the parents to come hang out on the football field and bring lunch for their high schooler.  Such a sweet tradition!

EHS Awards Night

We received an email that we were invited to the Senior Awards Night for S because she would be receiving and award!  We did not know what it would be but were excited to attend nonetheless:)  She ended up getting a scholarship for the Champion of Compassion award!  Well done on so many levels to receive that honor!

Banana Ball

Someone with M's work offered to take us to dinner at Halls and then the Banana Ball game at Fluor Field!  Ummm... yes please!!  

We met at Halls and dined outside because it was absolutely perfect weather and we were dressed a bit casual to eat inside.  Also, it was perfect timing to watch the SCS Junior/Senior Prom-goers taking pictures before their prom!  The people-watching was amazing!

We then walked the short distance to the stadium and were thoroughly entertained with great seats for the night!

Have I mentioned before that I love a good baseball game?!?!

Soccer, Soccer and More Soccer

Soccer with SCS has been so fun and we thoroughly enjoyed going to the games and hanging out with our soccer friends while the boys have played a pretty fantastic season!

This ref is an internet sensation in the area:)

SCS Band Concert

This was C's last high school band concert as he will not be pursuing it past freshman year!  He is really good at it(he's very musical in general) and he likes it, but the band director is a bit much to handle!  So, next year will be weightlifting instead!  

They sounded great and I always love to hear them play! 

I'll miss it for sure!

Prom - Lake Hartwell

They sure did live their best life all weekend!

Lake Keowee

While S was out doing prom things all weekend, we headed to the lake as well! Fishing and surfing fun all weekend!

PROM!!!

The much-anticipated and planned-for prom is finally here!!

After the girls did their bouquets here, they all went and got hair done and then met back at our house where they got ready together!  The boys picked them up at the house and a whole gaggle of kids and parents met at Legacy Park to do pictures!  So exciting for them!

They then went to dinner at Nose Dive downtown before going to prom!  

The pictures from prom were so good and S's friends were crowned king and queen!

After prom, they went up to Lake Hartwell for THREE nights and lived their best lives!  

They certainly milked prom WEEKEND for all it was worth - including skipping two days of school!
