BMI Lake Day

M and Tyler treated the guys to an annual lake day today!  I don't think attendance is for the faint of heart!  LOL!  I'm not sure our cove will ever be the same again;)  But, they had fun!

Tennis Matches Officially Start

Tennis matches have begun!!  S will be playing 2 - 4 matches each week until mid-October!  That's a LOT of tennis!

Lake Weekend with Swim Team Friends

 Before Friday night football games start to interfere, we headed up to the lake on Friday night.  I wanted a quiet evening and morning at the lake before people joined us.  Yesterday, C and I left mid-morning to go to his soccer game in Columbia and not too much later than that, S's friends from swim team came up!  C and I got back in time for dinner and then we were all there on Sunday to finish off the weekend with lots of lake fun!

Greenville Country Club Tennis Tournament

Eastside tennis has been practicing the past couple of weeks a lot and having their challenge matches to determine the line up!  S will be playing 5 singles this season.  The beginning of the season brings an unofficial start with a tournament at Greenville Country Club.  Quite a few high schools from the area attend and it is a two day event.  S won one and lost two and enjoyed being out on the courts again and hanging out with her friends!

Bday and More at the Lake

C has been waiting to have his friend birthday party and we finally were able to make it happen!  I picked him and three friends up after school and headed to the lake with them!  They fished and swam and paddle boarded around the dock for a bit until M was able to get there.  Then, it was time for dinner, cake and presents!  We didn't take the boat out until Saturday morning.  And, boy, they were up early fishing and ready for some surfing and tubing!  We spent the entire morning on the lake and then finally wrapped it up on the water and came back in for lunch.  One of the boys' parents picked him up after lunch for a commitment they had in Clemson and then I drove the other two boys back to Greenville and dropped them off.  We picked up one of S's friends while we were in town and then headed back up to the lake for the rest of the weekend!  Today, Elliott and Lara and their kids came up mid-morning and spent the day playing with us!  An incredible weekend with lots of fun all around!
