Date night to the One5 for our anniversary - 
only 5 days late LOL!

My 46th Birthday

Although I had to work on my birthday, they did treat me to lunch:)  

I had already started my day with a Happy Birthday from my watch(LOL!) and enjoyed coffee in my new cup with new coffee from the Mahj Mamas!

And, both M and C brought me flowers!

And, we had dinner at Saskatoon!

My Mahj Birthday

Today the Mahj Mamas celebrated my birthday in the most perfect way!  A few games of Mahjong with gifts and then lunch downtown together!  What a lovely tradition we've started over the past year celebrating each other:)

Wofford Family Weekend 2026

This weekend was Family Weekend at Wofford!  

Gigi made the trip up and we went to Wofford Friday night and Saturday!

On Friday, S gave Gigi a tour of campus!  C was at the EHS football game so he missed out on Friday night.  We hung out with her roommate and her roommate's parents and also with my friend from Bible Study who has a daughter who is a freshman!  We listened to the band play and ate pizza out on the lawn at what has to be the fanciest pizza party I've ever been to:)

On Saturday, we all came to the family tailgate where we enjoyed burgers out in the horseshoe while listening to another band play and then went to the football game until halftime!

We left, but S was still in charge of Family Trivia since she is on WAC(Wofford Activities Counsel)!

It was a full weekend of all things Wofford!  Go T-Dawgs!

EHS Homecoming

C had his first Homecoming at Eastside tonight!  

It's hard to get him to make any plans and most of the kids he hangs out with cannot drive yet!

So, him and a couple guys met up(where we were able to take pictures!) and rode with C to dinner where they met up with more kids downtown near the dance.  After the dance, an even larger group then walked to Blueberry Frog and hung out before heading out! 

He seems to have had fun!  I get few details and even fewer pictures!  I guess I'll take what I can get!

Gigi was in town for Family Weekend at Wofford so after we all got pictures of C, we introduced her to Brideway Station where we enjoyed dinner and walking around!  It's so pretty there!

Sierra Nevada

For M's anniversary gift, I planned for a tour of Sierra Nevada and dinner tonight!  We included C in the plans and made a stop for fishing(and walking for me and M) along the way!  The skies were definitely threatening, but the storms went around us and we stayed dry!  It was a good little escape for a few hours!
